Steve Miller

Steve Miller – President

Steve Miller is the President at MVP Consulting  Inc. Mr. Miller brings over 36 years of experience to MVP Consulting Inc. in the sales, support and delivery of strategic IT and application managed service offerings including IT consulting to major financial, public / government, higher education and healthcare commercial sectors. He has extensive experience building, operating and managing large, scalable, global consulting, solution and delivery organizations. He is driven by a strong passion for every client’s satisfaction and success.

Prior to joining MVP Consulting in January 2017, Mr. Miller served as COO of nfrastructure Technologies Inc. and in various IBM executive roles, most recently as US Vice President for IT and application managed services for Public Sector until 2014. In this capacity, he developed a long-term track record of sustained, proven performance, delivery excellence and growth. During his 30+ year tenure with IBM, he has held many positions in technology development, system engineering, network architecture, large complex program management, IT infrastructure, application managed services (including global deliver) and executive management since 2002.

He earned both his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Union College, Schenectady NY in 1984 and has done additional post graduate work in engineering and mathematics at Syracuse University, Syracuse NY.
Mr. Miller is a lifelong resident of upstate NY and has traveled worldwide in support of his clients. He is married to his wife, Lisa and they have four grown children.

KPHari

KP Hari – Managing Partner

KP Hari is a Managing Partner at MVP Consulting. He is responsible for company operations, strategy and financial health. With more than 25 years of IT experience, KP mastered the art of delivering technology and business solutions for attaining competitive advantage. KP is consistently recognized as a champion of software delivery through Distributed Software Methodology. In addition to his technical skills, he has strong management and delivery skills and excellent leadership with maturity and experience.

He received his degree in Engineering from Calicut University and later earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Warangal. He is an excellent communicator, team builder, and motivator with more than 5 years of University teaching experience.

Prior to joining MVP, KP held several senior managerial positions Option One Mortgage Corporation, H&R Block, Nexgenix and Union Carbide.

Ramesh Ramakrishnan – Director of Recruiting

Ramesh Ramakrishnan, with over 20 years of IT staffing and recruiting is responsible for all aspects of the MVP recruitment process including attracting, recruiting and supplying the highest quality of IT staff for our clients. His experience and working knowledge in the IT industry, his understanding of his client’s requirements and proven relationships with his suppliers uniquely positions him for this key role.

His reliance and development of proven recruitment best practices and vast supplier networks is key to the scalability, timeliness and quality of our recruiting capabilities. His impeccable reputation with clients and suppliers has been earned and proven throughout the years of successes together with these partners. His dedication, work ethic and commitment to satisfying clients and supporting his suppliers has earned him the highest respect in the industry.

Nancy Gordon – Director of Contracts

Nancy Gordon, with over 28 years of public, government and private sector experience, leads the MVP contracts team. Under Nancy’s direction, all MVP client and supplier contracts are negotiated, executed and managed, including ongoing administrative, contract compliance and performance management functions.

Her dedication to our client’s satisfaction is what drives her desire to develop and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with all suppliers and clients. As a result, Nancy plays the key role to ensure we consistently exceed our client’s expectation that differentiates us from competition. Nancy brings tremendous experience with a long public and private sector tenure with both government and MVP, giving her a unique and useful perspective. She is a strong client advocate and works tirelessly to achieve her client’s success.
