MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
- Microsoft Product knowledge including experience in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting applications and/or help desk support.
- Experience in conducting end user training.
- Experience with software application installations.
- Willingness to travel (up to 60% of time) in New York State with possible overnights.
- Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Access applications.
- Experience packaging, testing and implementing software releases.
ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS
- Experience with system support, including hands-on troubleshooting at desk-side, by phone and by remote control.
- Experience in the support of laptop, desktop and server operating systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7).
- 1 year experience in using Microsoft Access.
- Experience in conducting classroom training for applications.
- Experience with barcode imagers and signature tablets
