MANDATORY EXPERIENCE 

  • Microsoft Product knowledge including experience in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting applications and/or help desk support.
  • Experience in conducting end user training.
  • Experience with software application installations.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 60% of time) in New York State with possible overnights.
  • Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Access applications.
  • Experience packaging, testing and implementing software releases.

ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS

  • Experience with system support, including hands-on troubleshooting at desk-side, by phone and by remote control.
  • Experience in the support of laptop, desktop and server operating systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7).
  • 1 year experience in using Microsoft Access.
  • Experience in conducting classroom training for applications.
  • Experience with barcode imagers and signature tablets
