NOTICE OF THE FILING OF A LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION
 
One H-1B nonimmigrant worker is being sought by MVP Consulting Plus, Inc. through the filing of a labor condition application with the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor. This worker is being sought for the position of Systems Administrator in the Occupational Classification of “Network & Computer Systems Administrators”.  An annual rate of pay in the range of $65,000 to $75,000 will be being offered to this worker (depending upon education, experience and other factors).  The position will be full-time (i.e. 40 hours per week).  The period of employment for which this worker is sought is 11/16/2009 to 11/15/2012.  The employment will occur at the 40 N Pearl St., Albany, NY 12243.  The labor condition application is available for public inspection at the employer’s principal place of business, located at: MVP Consulting Plus, Inc., 435 New Karner Rd., Suite 202, Albany, NY 12205.  Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
