Oracle DBA with RAC

Duration:  18 months

Mandatory Experience:

• Minimum eight (8) years experience in Database Administration, two to four (2-4) years of which was working Oracle 10g or higher RAC clustered environment
• Minimum two (2) years experience in installation, administration, and support of an Oracle Warehouse Builder environment * both server-side and client-side components
• Minimum four (4) years experience with Physical DW Design Concepts (ODS, ER DW, Star and Snowflakes Models)

Associated Skill Sets
Candidates must also have four (4) of the preferred skilled sets listed below:

1. Experience working on large-scale IT DW projects and implementing Oracle technology solutions
2. Expert level skills writing and tuning SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures and packages 
3. Linux commands and utilities (Redhat, SUSE) with understanding of OS level performance monitoring
4. Experience in using and administering Oracle Automated Storage Management (ASM) and 10g Grid Control
5. Experience in using and administering Oracle Warehouse Builder
6. Experience using ERwin to analyze and transform logical data models to physical database designs that optimize performance, availability, and integrity of data
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
