Microsoft Active Directory Administrator

One of our clients in Albany, NY is in need of an Active Directory 2003 Administrator.
 
Duration:  12+ months’ Contract
 

Requirements:
 
Minimum of 3 years experience administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory in an enterprise class environment with multiple forests, including multiple domain forests and experience designing and implementing Microsoft Active Directory Organizational Units, Replication, Sites, Trusts, and Distributed File System   
 
Minimum of 5 years designing and implementing large scale Client/Server open systems environments   
 
Associate degree or higher in Business, MIS, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience     
 
MCSE Certification or equivalent experience applying and delegating permissions via OUs, object types, and GPO with proper use of Distribution, Local, Global and Universal groups and experience automating system administration tasks, auditing access, and monitoring resources      
 

Desirable Requirements:

1. Enterprise experience administering Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory in a large scale environment, with a minimum of 10,000 users and 10,000 member computers
2. Enterprise experience administering Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory with multiple forests, including multiple domain forests.
3. Enterprise experience administering Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory Domain Controllers, name resolution, scheduled replication, Global Catalog, schema, trusts, and related technologies
4. Five or more years of experience administering Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory delegated permissions via OUs, object types and GPO with proper use of Distribution, Local, Global and Universal groups or MCSE 200x certification
5. Enterprise experience using any of the following: ADSI, WMI, COM/COM+, .NET and Windows Scripting Host (WSH) with VBScript, C++, C# or a like system programming environment
6. Five or more years of system programming experience including system administration automation and scripting of scheduled tasks, auditing, monitoring, and logon/logoff
7. Five or more years of experience and knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, subnets, network routing, IP address assignment, network security, IPSec, and all Active Directory services related network ports and protocols 
8. Two or more years of server administration experience within Data Center   N-Tier network designs and server communication thru firewalls
9. Two or more years of experience integrating authentication and authorization of external environments such as Linux and Unix hosts with Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory using LDAP, Kerberos, and/or Samba
10. Two or more years of experience with Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory authentication using RADIUS, VPN, secure remote access, 2-factor, or methods other than account/password combination
11. Two or more years of experience and knowledge integrating methods of authentication using technologies such as Meta Directories, Virtual LDAP Directories, Federation (ADFS), ADAM, IIFP/MIIS, SAML, and WS-* protocols
12. Two or more years of experience with PKI Certificates, Microsoft Certificate Server, SSL, and IPSec GPO for server-to-server communication
13. Two or more years of experience with VMware ESX or like virtual machine technology 
14. Two or more years of administration experience of a Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory hosting Microsoft Exchange 2003
15. Two or more years of experience with sIDHistory using ADMT or an equivalent migration tool and Enterprise experience with DFS
