MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years experience developing Java/J2EE Applications with the Spring Framework
- Minimum 5 years experience using the Java Hibernate Core for Data Access
- Minimum 1 year experience developing applications interfaced with Oracle databases
- Minimum 5 years experience deploying applications in IBM Websphere
- Minimum 1 year experience working with staff to identify improvements and implement changes to code
- Minimum 1 year experience reviewing business requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience designing user interface screens
- Minimum 1 year experience developing in XML
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Minimum 4 years experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid-range, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions
NON-MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS OR DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Experience in developing applications for a highly secured environment
- Experience developing Java/J2EE Applications with the Struts Framework
- Experience using XML to store and retrieve objects in Oracle
- Experience developing with JavaBeans, JSP pages and Servlets
- Experience working with Oracle 10g databases
- Experience using Siteminder and Directory Services for authentication
- Experience using Oracle Text 10g
- Experience working with ESRI SDE and ArcIMS software
- Experience working with Safe Software FME Objects
