MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
- Candidate must have eight (8) years experience in IT application development with a minimum of three (3) years JAVA Development Kit (JDK 1.5 and above).
- Three (3) years Eclipse or Rational Application Developer (RAD) experience.
- Three (3) years experience with XML, XSL, and XML Schemas.
ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS
- Capable of extracting detailed requirements from people ranging from non-technical to highly technical and turning the requirements into the best of breed solution.
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, innovation, problem solving and collaboration.
- Experience with Web Services and Web Service Security.
- Experience in developing business services for Internet applications.
- Experience with Hibernate.
- Experience with NIEM.
- Two (2) years experience developing applications for IBM WAS 6.1 or higher.
