Sr. J2EE Developer

Skills:  J2EE, XML, Websphere, WAS,WSDL, WID,RAD, ANT Script, LDAP
 
Mandatory Requirement(s):
8 years minimum experience as a JAVA/J2EE Application Developer/Designer
 
Desirable Experience Preferred:

• Eight (8) years experience designing, developing, and implementing J2EE applications using J2EE Application Server
• Three – four (3-4) years experience using IBM Websphere Application Server
• Extensive experience (5 years)  in  IBM Jade or Struts  framework, EJB, JMS, MQ and XML related technologies
• Extensive experience (5 years) in WebSphere technical/application architecture
• Experience in ClearCase and RAD
• Experience in Websphere/LDAP security integration
• Working knowledge on configuring WebSphere Application Server, troubleshooting of integration problems across multiple platforms & performance tuning
• Experience in UML, class and sequence diagram
• Experience in building and deploying J2EE applications using ANT script or related technology

Candidates must evidence possession of one (1) of the associated skill sets below:
1.  Resume must show proven ability to transfer knowledge and mentor team members.
     This must be demonstrated by experience in three or more of the following areas:

• Conducting technical training sessions
• Conducting one-on-one technical training
• Developing programming guidelines and procedures
• Developing coding examples
• Conducting code review and critique

2.  Ability to construct prototype application to validate proposed technical solution
