NOTICE OF THE FILING OF A LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION
 
One H-1B nonimmigrant worker is being sought by MVP Consulting Plus, Inc. through the filing of a labor condition application with the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor. This worker is being sought for the position of “Computer Programmer / Analyst” in the Occupational Classification of “Computer Programmers”.  An annual rate of pay of $43,243 is being offered to this worker.  The position will be full-time (i.e. 40 hours per week).  The period of employment for which this worker is sought is 10/01/2009 to 09/30/2012.  The employment will occur in Albany, NY.  The labor condition application is available for public inspection at the employer’s principal place of business, located at: MVP Consulting Plus, Inc., 435 New Karner Rd., Suite 202, Albany, NY 12205.  Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
